Steve holds real estate broker licenses in multiple states. He grew up in southeastern Montana near Powderville, MT on the LO Ranch which consisted of 180,000 acres when his great-grandfather acquired it in the 1930’s. Growing up, there weren’t many roads on the ranch suitable for a horse trailer, so most cattle work often included a lengthy ride to the work and home again. Background includes farm/ranch management, guiding, horse training/sales, property development, real estate auctions, construction, and heavy equipment operation. Previous work experiences include 6 years as a traveling professional horse trainer, hunting guide, manager of a 100,000+ acre, 5000 head cattle ranch, and multiple construction and real estate development projects. Steve graduated with honors from Montana State University with a double emphasis in Pre-Med/Law and is also a graduate of the Western College of Auctioneering. Steve is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Montana Association of Realtors, Billings MLS, and the Gallatin Valley MLS. Contact Steve at: 406-580-4207. Chat soon!
