Steve holds real estate broker licenses in multiple states. He grew up in southeastern Montana near Powderville, MT on the LO Ranch which consisted of 180,000 acres when his great-grandfather acquired it in the 1930’s. Growing up, there weren’t many roads on the ranch suitable for a horse trailer, so most cattle work often included a lengthy ride to the work and home again. Background includes farm/ranch management, guiding, horse training/sales, property development, real estate auctions, construction, and heavy equipment operation. Previous work experiences include 6 years as a traveling professional horse trainer, hunting guide, manager of a 100,000+ acre, 5000 head cattle ranch, and multiple construction and real estate development projects. Steve graduated with honors from Montana State University with a double emphasis in Pre-Med/Law and is also a graduate of the Western College of Auctioneering. Robert lives in White Sulphur Springs with his wife and two kids. Raised on a South central Montana ranch instilled a work ethic and passion for the ranching and the cattle industry. After graduating high school he enlisted in the Army where he served both stateside as well as overseas. After the military, and before his transition to real estate, Robert held many positions in the telecommunications industry. Jason was raised in a family rooted in the agricultural community. The value of hard work, faith, and spending time with family was instilled in Jason from a young age. Throughout his childhood and adolescence, Jason enjoyed hunting, fishing, archery competitions and showing livestock in 4-H. Jason’s diligence and attention to detail resulted in him winning numerous awards showing livestock. After graduating high school, Jason founded a construction and property development company that he continues to manage and operate. Jason’s background provides him a unique understanding of Montana real estate, and his passion is helping people who share his deep appreciation of Montana’s recreational and agricultural opportunities find the property of their dreams.
